中方决定撤销对美国驻成都总领事馆的设立和运行许可，并对该总领事馆停止一切业务和活动提出具体要求。

要知道，美方是在当地时间7月21宣布，要求中国72小时内关闭驻休斯顿总领馆。
也就是说，在7月24日下午4时前，领馆人员也被要求离开。
但与此同时，中国驻休斯顿总领馆已经拒绝美方要求，拒绝关门。
外交部也表示休斯顿总领馆仍在运转。
我猜，因为我们一向爱好和平，建国以来从来没有粗暴的要求别国总领馆关闭...
如果成都这帮美国人赖着不走怎么办？
那就先把皮球踢给白宫...
看美方怎么反应，如果他敢进我们休斯顿总领馆，我们就立刻进入他成都总领馆，反正我们不亏，他们的文件都还没来得及烧呢哈哈哈。
反正现在没明确说时间，美使馆先按72小时准备，下周一关闭。
但如果美国像之前“留学生网课禁令”那样朝令夕改，我们也能顺势防守。如果美国疯了过激反应，那么这72小时也可能变成48小时或更短咯。

为什么是成都？
首先美国在中国有6家总领馆：成都、广州、上海、沈阳、武汉、香港及澳门。
因为关武汉对美国损失最小，对咱们最没面子。而且会给美国人机会污蔑我们疫情阴谋论。
关香港也不可能，有太多因素，刚刚稳定的香港局面最好不要再丢颗雷。而且国安法正在实施，总要放长线先抓点间谍嘛，你懂的，直接关闭间谍窝都空了上哪去抓老鼠嘛。
至于沈阳和广州的报复力不足，无法形成对等反制。对美国不痛不痒，跟嘴上谴责没啥两样。
关上海的又有点太过了，关中国驻纽约总领馆才会对等关上海的。
所以成都就是最佳选择，成都是解放军西部战区机关驻地。
核9院、成飞（歼20战机）、凤凰山军用机场等都在成都。
啥叫对等，我连纬度都跟你对等，就问你怕不怕。
成都是美国辐射新疆西藏等地区的最重要的节点，在不断交的情况下报复力度最大。

那我们就摆在台面说，外交部说关闭成都总领馆的理由是“美国驻成都总领事馆人员从事与身份不符活动，美方对此心知肚明”。
说白了，就是个间谍窝子，收集情报、策划煽动那些大家心知肚明的事。
趁机削弱这群谍报网络，对中国的好处太大。

世界正处于百年未有之大变局，如果你相信国运这回事的话，应当庆幸我们正在开元盛世前的上坡路，而不像美国似乎已经走到了安史之乱后的下坡路。
未来，不要怕出现重大变故，只需要坚定地和祖国站在一起。

全世界也没有哪个国家像美国一样只想着党争，自己把自己国家玩砸了。
